About the role

Overview: Christian Heating Cooling Plumbing is a leading provider of heating & air conditioning Residential Home solutions, committed to delivering top-notch service and innovative products to our clients. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven HVAC Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries to meet or exceed sales targets. Present and promote HVAC systems & products to clients. Provide customized HVAC solutions tailored to client needs. Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and contracts. Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities.
Qualifications: Proven sales experience, preferably in the Home Service industry. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, products, and services (technical training provided if needed).Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales goals. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
