Product Migration Business Analyst – Rev CloudWe are seeking an experienced Product Migration Business Analyst to support the Turbo Product Migration workstream focused on transitioning products into the Rev Cloud platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business analysis, product migration, requirements gathering, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management. This role will work closely with Product Management, Rev Cloud teams, Operations, Commercial Migration teams, Architects, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to define migration requirements, develop migration strategies, support product onboarding, and ensure migration readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Product Assessment & Requirements Gathering: Analyze current-state and target-state product capabilities and document requirements. Perform gap analysis between legacy products and Rev Cloud target solutions. Gather and translate business, operational, and technical requirements. Create and maintain epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation. Support Rev Cloud development teams with clear requirements and business context.
Migration Planning & Execution: Develop product migration strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans. Create customer migration playbooks and migration readiness documentation. Identify migration dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies. Support customer segmentation and migration wave planning. Participate in migration readiness reviews and planning sessions.
Delivery & Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Architects, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders. Track project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks. Support testing readiness, operational readiness, and deployment activities. Prepare status updates, executive summaries, and Steering Committee reporting materials.
Customer Migration Support: Build and maintain customer inventory and migration tracking reports. Analyze customer renewal, repapering, and onboarding strategies. Support migration resource planning and execution tracking. Develop migration metrics and business case documentation. Required
Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. Experience with product management, product migration, transformation programs, or SaaS migration initiatives. Strong experience in: requirements gathering, business process analysis, user story creation, functional requirements documentation, Agile delivery methodologies, stakeholder management. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams. Preferred
Skills:
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), Revenue Cloud / Billing platforms, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), SaaS product migration programs, revenue management systems. Experience supporting cloud transformation initiatives.
