If this is you, come join our team!!!REPORTING RELATIONSHIPBusiness Development Account Managers are selected by and report to the Sales Manager, Colt.EXPECTED OUTCOMESProspect, build and manage a customer base of highly satisfied, long-term commercial property owner customers generating profitable revenue annually to achieve goals.Ensure all projects are completed successfully with highly satisfied customers.Be a positive contributor to the success of Colt teammates and PAVED FOR GOOD.ROLES AND RESPONSBILITIESPropsect to build a customer base of commercial property owners. This includes making proactive prospecting calls daily.Ensure that customers are completely satisfied through effective communication, relationship building and meeting their needs through the sales and production cycles.Evaluate customer sites for repair and maintenance needs to create a cost estimate and a proposal including being responsible for proposal language for maximum clarity of scope, planning, scheduling and minimizing risk to Colt.Deliver proposal to the customer, communicate throughout sales process, and pursue signed contract with customer and ensure all contract documents are properly executed.Thoroughly transition sold projects to the Colt Operations Team.Continue to work with the operations team on the project and communicate with the customer to ensure a positive experience and high satisfaction.Manage CO’s, customer issues and overall communication with the customer.Ensure that customers are completely satisfied through effective communication, relationship building and meeting their needs through the sales and production cycles.Add to customer base by prospecting new potential customers.Update CRM daily with sales activities.SKILLS AND ABSILITIESHighly motivated, self-starter.Strong work ethic (desires to put in the time to get the return).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to Word, Excel and Outlook.Good with numbers and basic geometry.Must have the ability to multitask and stay organized.EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION1-3 years of working as salesperson/inside salesperson/business developer.Bachelor’s degree preferred.WHAT WE LOOK FORA team player who shares our values and is committed to PAVED FOR GOOD.
