About the role

Sila Nanotechnologies is seeking an EH&S Specialist to join the EHS&S team supporting a 24/7 manufacturing site. You will develop and implement EHS&S programs, and collaborate with cross-functional shop-floor teams to minimize risks and ensure compliance. Reporting to the EHS&S Site Manager, you will drive risk reduction, CAPA closure, and data-driven safety improvements, while maintaining audit-ready documentation and regulatory compliance.
