Schedule: Flexible between 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Compensation: Starting at $20.00+/hour (commensurate with experience and skills)

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Cushion Upholstery Sewer to join our production team. In this role, you will sew and assemble materials—including fabrics, vinyl, leather, polyboard, and polyfoam—to build custom interiors for light aircraft. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to high manufacturing standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Hands-on experience in upholstery sewing or textile manufacturing. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of sewing multiple materials - leather, vinyl, fabrics, Quality Focus: Strong attention to detail with a commitment to manufacturing quality. Attributes: Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work well independently as well as part of a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities: Setup & Operation: Using patterns to sew cushion upholstery, ready for assembly. Teamwork: Maintain a safe work area with team members to accomplish shared goals.\nCompany
