About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Epicor Kinetic Operations Consultant to lead and support Epicor Kinetic implementations for manufacturing and distribution clients. This role will work closely with customers to understand business requirements, configure solutions, and guide projects through implementation and go-live.
Responsibilities:
Lead Epicor Kinetic implementations from discovery and requirements gathering through go-live. Configure and optimize Epicor Kinetic Operations and Manufacturing modules. Work with clients to understand business processes and translate requirements into effective ERP solutions. Provide functional consulting, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support. Assist with manufacturing, production, inventory, purchasing, and supply chain processes. Troubleshoot system issues and recommend process improvements. Develop documentation, workflows, and training materials. Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reporting, and customizations. Manage multiple client projects while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Qualifications:
2+ years of Epicor Kinetic consulting experience. Proven experience implementing Epicor Kinetic. Strong knowledge of manufacturing and/or distribution operations. Experience with Epicor Kinetic configuration and business process design. Strong communication and client-facing skills. Ability to manage projects and work independently. Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Preferred:
Epicor Kinetic certifications and experience working for an Epicor VAR or consulting organization.
