Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the Billing team, overseeing personnel, workflow, and performance management Monitor billing processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with policies Partner with attorneys and staff to design invoicing that meets client needs Provide reporting and billing updates to firm leadership Drive process improvements and implement billing solutions using legal billing applications Recruit, mentor, and develop staff while fostering a positive team culture
Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent combination of training and experience)Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with electronic billing systems a plus
