Weber Associates, a B2B Marketing Agency, is looking for a Sr Account Director to expand an existing anchor account and land a new client. Weber’s focus is creating sales marketing materials for the Fortune 100 enterprises.
Job Responsibilities: Expand current revenue from anchor client Land additional Fortune 100 account (from targeting to outreach)Grow team and skillsets needed to keep up with the business
Requirements: NOTE: if you do not come close to meeting the following requirements and you still apply, applications for future openings at Weber will not be considered 10+ years creative marketing agency B2B experience and career progression 7+ years track record of account sales success 7+ years large brand (Fortune 100) service experience Account experience serving large brands Ability to develop strategy positioning decks (for idea expansion, and developing team)Strategy / sales success Highly Organized Outgoing person (proactively reaching out)Able to build ideas decks, value positioning – and overall story telling directly within ppt decks Driven to impact and beat numbers, not report on client situation Able to use metrics and data to set direction and needs (and travel as needed)Location Fully Remote Eastern hours: 8:30 - 5:30 Travel as needed based on results (approx 1 trip per qrt - 1 trip per mo)
