GFI is seeking a seasoned Roller Shade Department Manager to lead the production floor, ensure on-time completion, and uphold our high quality standards. You will oversee staff, manufacturing processes for both manual and motorized shades, and maintain strict adherence to specifications. This on-site leadership role requires deep technical proficiency, strong problem-solving, and the ability to mentor a team toward safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
