Locations Showing 1 location Queens Queens, NY, USADescription A part-time secretarial position is available in Ohel's Day Habilitation Program, serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Queens.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurateand up-to-date staff trainingrecords, certifications, and compliance documentation
  • Manage organized andconfidential client records, ensuring information isaccurate and properlydocumented
  • Assist with billingprocesses, including reviewingdocumentation, enteringinformation, and followingup on outstandingitems
  • Coordinate and maintaindaily staff andclient schedules, includingupdates, changes, andcoverage needs
  • Provide general administrativeand clerical supportto the programand management team
  • Answer phones, respondto routine inquiries, and communicate withstaff, clients, andfamilies as needed
Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, andextensive experience in Microsoft Office. Eligibility for all benefits is based on hours worked, employment classification, and fulfillment of applicable waiting periods and plan requirements. This part time position is 20 hours a week and is based in Queens.
