About the role

BayCare in Clearwater seeks a Director of Community Benefit to lead the planning, development, and evaluation of initiatives that advance health equity and community health outcomes. You will manage a team, work with internal and external stakeholders on CHNAs and reporting, and drive systemwide strategies for social determinants of health, engagement, and outreach. This exempt, full-time role requires a Master’s degree and extensive post-graduate experience in community health.
