About the role
Mobile TechnicianHours: Wed - Sun 7:30AM - 5PM with someOT Location: Fairfield, Vacaville, Napa, California New site and need to fill open roles Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances: Candidate will need to provide their own vehicle and will be able to expense their miles starting from the first job site to the last job site. This is a healthcare facility so any applicable PPE would be providedTeam Overview: Candidates will be assigned a region based on location and the route will be determined based on efficiency. Candidate will be working independently Resource's typical working day: General Building Maintenance Electrical Maintenance Plumbing Maintenance Lock and Key Management HVAC and Environmental Controls Preventive Maintenance & Life Safety Work Order Management & Documentation Vendor Coordination & Facility Support Conference & Shared Space Support Emergency & On-Demand Repairs Licenses/Certifications: Driver's license required Must Have Skills: Minor plumbing Patch and painting skills Handyman skillsSoft Skills: Excellent customer service skills Patient first mind-set Good communication Years of Experience: 5 - 7 years + Education H.S. diploma or GED, any applicable trade school is highly preferred. Software skills: CMMS system knowledge Basic computer skillsInterview Process: Parking notes: 1st round phone screen, 2nd round virtual (Zoom or Teams)
