About the role
New York based fashion brand is seeking a junior photo specialist to provide creative production and art direction support across digital, photography, and marketing channels, including weekly product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand marketing initiatives - with a special focus on image retouching and photo asset management. This opportunity will begin as a 3–6 month contract position, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on business needs and performance. Candidates must be available to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Digital Asset Production & Content Management Proficiency with Photoshop required. Support the art direction and execution of weekly product release imagery. Create, adapt, and manage digital assets for web, APAC, and other brand channels utilizing Photoshop and Figma. Coordinate image retouching workflows, including providing retouching notes, image reviews, and final asset preparation. Develop and maintain presentation materials for product launches, announcements, and cross-functional stakeholder reviews. Manage image databases, asset organization, and archival processes. Creative Production & Photoshoot Support Assist in translating creative direction into actionable shoot plans and communicate requirements with photography, styling, and production teams. Develop and maintain shot lists and supporting production documentation. Create and manage styling and creative reference presentations. Collaborate with internal creative teams to support the development and execution of brand-aligned creative concepts and visual solutions. Ensure deliverables align with established brand standards and creative guidelines. Post-Production & Asset Delivery Assist in the creation of image edit selections and communicate feedback to photographers and post-production partners. Track post-production timelines, deliverables, and asset approvals. Coordinate image revisions and adjustments with Brand, Digital, and Creative teams. Support image layouts and asset preparation for web, social, and marketing channels. Maintain organized archival systems for all final creative assets. Marketing, Advertising & Print Support Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and asset management for out-of-home, print, and advertising initiatives. Support the development of creative deliverables through image retouching, layout design, and graphic production. Facilitate communication and asset exchange between internal teams and external vendors throughout project execution. Deliverables Weekly product launch and announcement assets. Creative presentations, shot lists, and styling guides. Retouched and approved digital image assets. Organized asset libraries and archives. Marketing and advertising creative deliverables as assigned.
