About the role

We're recruiting for a Capital Markets Real Estate Associate: Seeking a 2021-2024 graduate with experience representing institutional lenders or borrowers involved in real estate financing transactions, including acquisition, bridge, construction and permanent financing transactions, real estate acquisitions, dispositions, workouts, restructuring of distressed loans on behalf of borrowers and lenders, and the purchase and sale of various loans. The salary range is $220,000-$240,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and firm performance. Billable hours expectation is minimum 1,800 hours a year.
