Supplier Partnerships Manager - B2B SaaS | Remote (US)trg. recruitment is hiring a US Supplier Partnerships Manager to join a high-growth, venture-backed B2B software company. This is a newly created role, reporting into senior operations and revenue leadership. You will be driving new supplier acquisition, negotiating commercial agreements and owning a real line item on the company's P&L.
What you'll do: Identify and qualify high-potential suppliers aligned with the business development plan Get in front of senior stakeholders at large, often hard-to-reach organizations - via events, direct outreach, and in-person meetings Negotiate rebate and volume-discount structures, working closely with finance to model thresholds and viability Grow and protect relationships with existing partners Feed learnings back into the playbook
What we're looking for: Solid commercial experience - ideally including exposure to large enterprise organizations and comfort operating in that kind of boardroomA demonstrated ability to build relationships and get in front of difficult-to-reach stakeholders from scratch Comfort with ambiguity - real autonomy is required for this position Based in the US, ideally within Central or Eastern time zones What's on offer Competitive base salary with a performance-linked commission structure Flexible, remote-friendly working Direct exposure to senior leadership and real influence over how this function is built in the USCompensation & Benefits$70,000–$85,000 base salary Commission structure Health insurance Remote working option
