Shift Time: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm (end time may vary with volume of work)
Compensation: $20.00-22.50/hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Work in conjunction with Dispatchers and Loaders to ensure the correct trucks are moved to designated cooler dock and dry dock. Ensure all reefer units are at correct temperatures for freezer and cooler before loading. Follow all truck staging procedures to ensure all trucks are correctly staged. Record temperatures for cooler and freezer before loading on the cooler dock, dry dock, and after loading is completed to ensure all product is at the correct temperature. Communicate all truck and reefer unit issues to the Dispatcher. Cultivate strong relationships with Dispatchers and Loaders to reduce the stress that comes with last minute schedule changes. Consistently work at a fast pace while maintaining safe working habits Demonstrate proper body mechanics when performing physical labor that requires constant moving and frequent lifting, pushing and pulling of items up to 55 lbs throughout duration of shift (12 hours+)Work in an environment with varying temperatures Perform cleaning functions to maintain sanitation, health and safety standards Perform the duties listed in ALL weather conditions

High school diploma/GED required Valid driver's license Solid MVR, no serious violations in past 3 years Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and holidays. Strong knowledge of CBW loading procedures. Strong knowledge of CBW reefer unit usage and procedures. Able to work productively and independently Ability to work in a team environment in high pressure situations. Ability to obtain CDL
