About the role
Quality Assurance Job Duties:
Inspect raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products to ensure compliance with Javo quality standards and specifications Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to food safety, GMP, and HACCP requirements Perform quality checks on ingredients, packaging, labeling, and lot coding Document inspection results, deviations, and corrective actions accurately and in a timely manner Verify sanitation procedures and production line cleanliness prior to start-up and during operations Conduct first-article and final product inspections Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, company policies, and customer requirements Assist in investigations of quality complaints, non-conformances, and product holds Support corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes Communicate quality issues to production supervisors and management Maintain quality records, logs, and reports Assist with internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections
