Job Description: Position: Remote Leadership / Team Development\n Work Arrangement: Remote\n Company: The Movement\n Employment Type: Independent Contractor\n Schedule: Flexible, part-time leadership commitmentAbout the Opportunity\n We are seeking experienced, people-focused leaders to support the growth and launch of a technology, social-networking, and local-commerce platform initially focused on college communities and local businesses.\n This opportunity is ideal for leaders who enjoy developing people, building strong teams, communicating effectively, and helping others succeed.\n This is not a traditional salaried employment position. Participants operate as independent contractors within a performance-based leadership You'll Do\n You will:\n\n Lead and develop a small remote team.\n Participate in brief Daily Leadership meetings.\n Interview and evaluate potential leadership candidates.\n Coach and support developing leaders.\n Build a culture of trust, accountability, and communication.\n Identify and help remove barriers affecting team success.\n Support organizational growth as the technology platform launches and expands.\nWho We're Looking For\n We are particularly interested in people who demonstrate:\n\n Servant leadership.\n Strong communication skills.\n Experience leading or mentoring others.\n Ability to build trust.\n Accountability and follow-through.\n Comfort working independently and remotely.\n A genuine interest in developing other leaders.\n\n Formal management titles are not required.
