About Us: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Representative to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will be essential in managing all front desk activities, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries with efficiency and courtesy.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently. Manage the scheduling of appointments and maintain the front desk calendar. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area. Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages appropriately.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Proven experience as a front desk representative, receptionist, or similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and phone systems. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Friendly and professional demeanor with outstanding customer service skills.
