About the role

Commonwealth Fusion Systems is seeking a senior mechanical engineering manager to lead the design and delivery of the ARC vacuum vessel. You will oversee a multi-disciplinary team and coordinate with other ARC plant engineers to ensure robust, heat-resistant structures capable of withstanding extreme loads. This role requires a BS in mechanical engineering, 10+ years of experience with large metallic structures, and hands-on leadership in fast-paced R&D environments.
