About the role

WSP USA seeks a Lead Telecommunications Designer to join the Mission Critical/Data Center BTS team. You will lead telecommunications design for large hyperscale facilities, translating owner requirements into scalable, repeatable solutions and guiding junior designers. Responsibilities include directing design delivery from planning through turnover, coordinating with building, network, and operations teams, and ensuring quality through BIM and Division 27 practices.
