In this position, the Sales Specialist will conduct virtual meetings and product demonstrations, respond to inquiries, and provide timely, accurate information to potential and existing customers. The role includes handling follow-ups, preparing proposals, maintaining detailed records in CRM tools, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. The Sales Specialist will also help onboard new clients, share feedback from the market, and support continuous improvement of sales processes and training materials.Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interactions with customers and internal teams.Customer Service abilities to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive, long-term client relationships.Sales skills for prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting solutions, and closing opportunities.Experience with Training and Sales Management, such as guiding peers, supporting onboarding, or contributing to sales process improvements.Comfort working remotely with reliable internet access and proficiency in CRM systems and common office software.Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.Prior experience in online or B2C/B2B sales environments is preferred; a background in e-commerce or technology is an advantage.High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
