This is a high impact, high visibility seat with a clear line to executive reporting and customer engagement. WHY THIS ROLEThis is a foundational seat.The metrics framework you build will become the executive nervous system for a service line on a multi hundred-million-dollar trajectoryYou will own the migration from spreadsheet-based tracking to a single source of truth that scalesWHAT YOU WILL DOBuild and maintain KPI frameworks that measure project performance across cost, schedule, scope, quality, safety, and customer satisfactionLead earned value management analysis including Schedule Performance Index (SPI), CPI (Cost Performance Index), EAC (Estimate at Completion), and variance reporting across active programsIdentify trends and surface correction opportunities to delivery leads in time to actPartner with delivery, finance, and operations to baseline projects and track against baseline through close outTranslate field practice and spreadsheet-based tracking into a single source of truth that scalesDevelop reporting templates and standards that scale across multiple geographies and customersSupport internal executive reporting and external customer reporting, ensuring consistency and accuracyCollaborate with the PMO and Operational teams to translate analytical work into clean, intuitive visualizationsContribute to the software roadmap evaluation for PMO analytics toolingWHAT YOU BRINGFive to seven years of progressive experience in business intelligence, project controls, or PMO analytics, with at least three years on programs of 50 million dollars or largerEarned value management applied experience required, including SPI, CPI, and EAC. Coursework alone is not sufficient.Advanced Excel and SQL fluency. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tools is a strong plus.Comfort working with messy source data, including spreadsheets, project plans, and operational systemsExperience supporting both internal executive reporting and external customer-facing reportingStrong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex metrics to non-technical stakeholdersHyperscale, data center, EPC, or large infrastructure experience is a plus, not a requirementTRAVEL AND AUTHORIZATIONTravel up to 40 percent for the first 90 days as you connect with operations and project teams, then variable based on project rhythmMust be legally authorized to work in the United States on a long-term basis.This position does not offer employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
