About the role
Howmet Aerospace Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Casting Facility in Dover, New Jersey to lead engineering initiatives and ensure processes meet customer requirements and plant performance goals.
You will partner with Manufacturing Managers to drive yield improvements, manage budgets, direct NPI programs, and champion scrap reduction while mentoring the engineering staff and coordinating with engine partners to optimize core design and producibility.
