About the role
To support the ministry in North Whatcom County, WA, the part-time Mission Staff will engage in spiritual development, leadership training, and resource development, while actively participating in community outreach and support for high school and middle school ministries.
Key responsibilities:
Lead spiritual development initiatives and foster relationships within the Young Life community
Recruit, train, and support volunteer leaders to build effective ministry teams
Engage in direct ministry activities, including planning and conducting Young Life clubs and camps
Required qualifications:
Proven relational skills with both kids and adults
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
Preferred college degree
Active participation in a church community
Experience in fundraising and donor relations is advantageous
