As a Studio Manager of the Upper East Side location, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, drive membership growth, and help members experience the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching—all while leading and developing a high-performing team. We are opening this studio July 14th and are super excited!!

As members arrive, you greet them by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for.
Throughout the day, you lead by example checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments.
You support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching. Your primary role is to grow the business and assist Stretch Practitioners in doing what they do best.
Between appointments, you're tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals. If a member has a question or concern, you're there to resolve it with professionalism and a personal touch.

Requirements
Membership Sales Experience:
Experience managing a team of 4+Retail sales experience (KPIs, P&L familiarity).A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.
