About the role
Castelion seeks a Manager of Tooling, Automation & Controls to lead design, development, deployment, and sustainment of tooling and automated systems for hypersonic missile production. You will build a high-performing team, drive DFx, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across DoD, ITAR, and hazardous environments. The role requires 5+ years in tooling and automation, strong leadership, and expertise with major automation platforms and robotics.
