Job Description
Position Purpose: As a Parts Shipping and Receiving Associate, you will gain hands-on experience in one of Progressive Auto Group's clean and safe parts departments. Our talented team of skilled supervisors invest in our Shipping and Receiving Associate by teaching them how to perform basic shipping and receiving procedures while delivering outstanding customer satisfaction. Duties: Verifying and receipting incoming parts shipments Sorting and tagging special order parts Manage damage and shortage claims Manage outgoing shipments of parts and packages Stocking bins with incoming stock orders Monitor the status of customer orders, advising in case of problems and notifying upon arrival Inventory control maintenance Capable of loading and unloading of freight with forklift Knowledge and able to ship and accept freight from motor carriers, UPS or Fed ExGreets customers in a timely, friendly manner
