JOB OPENING: Sr. Retirement Plan Administrator (FIS Relius)
📍 Location: 100% Remote (US Only)
💼 Experience: 5+ Years (BFSI / TPA)

Key Requirements:
✅ Expert-level hands-on experience with FIS Relius (Admin, Documents, Government Forms).✅ Deep knowledge of ERISA, 401(k) daily admin, ADP/ACP testing, and Form 5500 filings.✅ ASPPA (QKA / QPA) certification preferred.
Responsibilities:
Manage 401(k)/Profit Sharing plan administration & reconciliations. Lead compliance testing, corrective distributions, and YEDC workflows. Direct client consulting on plan design and SECURE 2.0 updates.
