The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of customer service and branch operations, including the development and oversight of branch business and operational strategy. This role involves ensuring high levels of customer service, compliance with company policies and regulations, and the proactive pursuit of process improvements. The AVP will also be tasked with employee development, establishing training and development strategies, and supervising staff to meet sales and performance goals. Additionally, the role includes responsibilities for growth and profitability, such as developing sales and marketing strategies, managing branch receivables, and overseeing fleet management and maintenance. The ideal candidate will be in the top half of their respective matrix or branch ranking and have a strong performance history. Key qualifications include a current Branch Rental Manager position, a minimum of meets requirements on the most recent performance review, and a commitment to the company's values and standards.
