Job Description: Automatic Silk Screen Operator (6-Color)
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Automatic Silk Screen Operator to run our 6-colorautomatic press. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end screen printing process—from high-precisionmulti-color setup to high-volume production and quality inspection. If you have a strong mechanical aptitude, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in precision craftsmanship, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities: • Press Setup: Set up and calibrate our 6-color automatic press, including registering screens, adjustingsqueegee pressure, and setting stroke speeds.• Production Management: Run high-volume production jobs efficiently on automatic equipment whilemaintaining consistent print quality.• Multi-Color Registration: Align complex, multi-color designs perfectly across garments and textiles toprevent bleeding or shifting.• Quality Control: Inspect prints continuously during high-speed production runs to catch and correctdefects instantly.• Tear-Down & Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on the automatic press, clean screens, andsafely break down jobs for the next run.
Required Qualifications: • Automatic Press Experience: Proven experience setting up and operating a multi-color automaticscreen printing press.• Technical Skill: Deep understanding of mesh counts, multi-color registration, squeegee/floodbaradjustments, and flash curing.• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional eye for detail to maintain color accuracy and print consistency duringfast-paced runs.• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and safely lift production materials in a dynamic shopenvironment\nCompany
