The Manger Site Infrastructure LCCC (Lake Charles Chemical Complex) is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all site infrastructure upkeep and development activities from concepts to project completion.
Key Accountabilities:
Member of the Lake Charles Chemical Complex leadership team and supports the site to ensure safety, compliance and meeting strategic objectives for growth. Stakeholder Management: Works directly with internal stakeholders (Public Affairs, Technical Services, Maintenance, Operations and Business Areas) to ensure facilities and operations are ready for future requirements. Compliance and Safety: Ensures all facilities and activities affecting infrastructure meet safety standards, regulations, and legal requirements, reducing liability and mitigating risks. Business Development Relations: Manages contacts with stakeholders for expansions, colocation, etc. Strategic Planning: Handles long-range facility planning, including renovations, expansions, or new projects. Supports VP Operations, US as a Secretary of the LCCC Growth Forum. Responsible, with Shift Supervisor and HR, for maintaining and executing the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement for Lake Charles East Plant as required Formal Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Working Experience 10+ years relevant experience in industry operations, preferablyincluding 5+ years of experience inmanaging multiple and/or large-scale assets or projects.
