Our client is a luxury recreational facility and lifestyle hub. They are seeking aBenefits and Payroll Administratorto join the team. This position isfully on-siteat their beautiful headquarters in Rye, New York. Job Details Administer payroll in ADPEnsure changes in pay, allocations, etc., are correctly updated and processed Manage benefits vendor relationships and invoices Administer benefits, PTO, 401(k), leaves, insurance plan allocations, and insurance claims Draft internal communications and policies regarding benefits plans Act as point-person for employee benefits questions and issues Comply with local, state, and federal labor and wage laws and regulations
Salary: $70-80k annually, based on experience Fantastic benefits package includes health insurance, generous PTO, and 401(k)
