About the role

Akron Rubber Development Laboratory (ARDL) is seeking a Laboratory Technician for the Mixing & Molding Department. This on-site role supports lab-scale mixing, polymer handling, and collaborative work with other technicians at our Barberton facility. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and either lab experience or a strong interest in rubber/material testing. A safety-minded, energetic team player is essential for success in this role.
