Solar Installer / Residential Department / Benefits + Sign On Bonus

FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS: An understanding of construction drawings & blue prints Minimum of 1 year job related experience (Solar Construction)OSHA 10 Certification (OSHA 30 preferred) or ability to obtain within 6 months Good organizational skills, detail oriented, efficient and reliable Good written and verbal communication skills Team Player, ability to work in a fast paced environment, flexible and adaptable to changes to planned tasks or schedule Ability to maintain a positive attitude at all times Able to work productively as a crew memberADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to work 40 hours per week or more if required Ability to lift and/or carry up to 75 lbs. unassisted May require repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers May require prolonged periods of sitting throughout workdays Valid driver license and proof of insurability required when job duties require use of motor vehicle Requires exercising of discretion in decision making process and maintaining of strict confidentiality with respect to customer, employee and company proprietary related information
