About the role
- Clean, set up, and operate production equipment, including compounding, sterilizer, isolator, and packaging equipment
- Weigh ingredients and compound product by following batch records and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Prepare cleaning and sanitizing solutions and clean controlled and classified production areas on a set schedule
- Restock components, materials, and supplies across processing areas
- Move materials and finished product to and from staging according to the production schedule
- Document your work accurately and follow cGMP and safety requirements
- Take part in daily shift meetings to share updates and issues with the team
- What You NeedHigh school diploma or GEDPharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred (2-3 years is ideal). Experience in another regulated or cleanroom setting such as food, medical device, or lab work is a plus
- Comfortable gowning up and working in a cleanroom environment for your full shift
- Strong reading and writing skills, with the ability to follow detailed written procedures exactly
- Comfortable with math for weighing and measuring
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and to stand, walk, and reach throughout the shift
- Must pass a drug screen (drug-free workplace)
