About the role

Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking a Plant Manager to lead overall plant operations, delivering safety, quality, service and cost targets. You will guide the plant team and manage systems, equipment, people and materials per policies and customer requirements. Reports to the Director of Manufacturing, with 6-10 direct reports in a large facility. You will drive safety culture, develop talent, manage budgeting and Cap-Ex, and foster continuous improvement across teams while ensuring regulatory
