We are currently seeking Full-Time Distribution Operators to join our growing team. As a Distribution Operator, you play a critical role in ensuring customers receive the products they need, on time and in perfect condition: Efficiently pick and fill customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse setting Stand and stay active throughout your shift, handling parts between 5–20 pounds regularly Read and interpret part numbers with accuracy and consistency Work with basic computer systems for inventory, tracking, and order fulfillment We're Looking For: We want team members who take pride in their work and rise to the challenge: Energetic and self-motivated individuals who value precision and speed Strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude Dependable team players who are willing to learn and grow Basic computer literacy is a plus, and training is provided Ability to read and speak English What You'll Enjoy: At Coilcraft, we believe in rewarding hard work.
