About the role

Key Duties & Responsibilities: Component assembly with UV cured epoxy Responsible for processing work orders for the manufacture of optical components Adhere to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements of the job function Adhere to ISO9000 requirements including ESD, work area cleanliness, maintenance and calibration of equipment and work instruction adherence Attend in daily team stand-up meetings Participate in improvement events (such as Kaizen, 5S, Practical Process Improvement) Maintain a safe working environment, following established 5S procedures Top Must Have Skills: Attention to detail Computer Knowledge is a must Show ability to work with small parts under microscope using tweezers and other small tools.
Preferred Skills: Previous Experience working under the microscope is a big plus.
Desired Skills: Microscope use. Will train the right person.
Experience Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required No prior experience required Detailed oriented Computer knowledge a must Show ability to work with small parts under microscope using tweezers and other small tools What type of industry background should the ideal candidate come from: Drug Screening Works hours: Flexible hours - CW can start between 5AM-8AM and work full shift of 8.5 hours.
