About the Role: The Company is seeking a Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in the strategic and financial growth of its diversified financial services group. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive plan to close the valuation gap between a single education business and a diversified group. This includes developing a sum-of-the-parts valuation framework, structuring each entity for maximum value, and transitioning the group to institutional-grade financials. The role also involves leading the process for a capital event, designing the group's equity story, and ensuring the group is market-ready. The CFO will be a key player in the company's expansion, with a focus on building a lifestyle community membership, a business mastermind, and a regulated investment fund. Applicants must have a minimum of 10-20 years' of experience in finance, with at least 3 years' in a senior financial role. Direct experience in a transaction, multi-entity holdco or portfolio experience, and fluency in sum-of-the-parts valuation are essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing economics, multi-jurisdiction experience, and a proven track record of owning the relationship with external financial advisors. A background in financial services, experience with investment fund structuring, and exposure to PE-backed or PE operating environments are highly preferred. The role requires a direct, data-driven communicator with a builder mentality, who is comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting and has a zero-tolerance for sloppy reporting. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
