About the role

The River Church in downtown Kalamazoo is seeking a Next Gen/Family Ministry Director to oversee all birth through 12th grade ministries and to shape a cohesive discipleship pathway. This builder role requires a systems thinker who loves working with kids, teens, and families; you will develop a healthy volunteer pipeline for River Kids and River Students and partner with parents as primary spiritual leaders at home.
