About the role
Global Account Manager – Medical Device Manufacturing (USA)I'm partnering with a global medical device manufacturer, specialising in plastic injection molding, to recruit a Global Account Manager responsible for managing and growing strategic customer accounts, driving commercial performance, and strengthening long-term partnerships across the healthcare market. This role will act as the face of the business to some of their most strategic clients, driving growth across multiple regions and building long-term relationships with decision-makers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the Voice of the Customer across global operations Lead and execute global account growth strategy Build relationships with senior leaders, plant-level managers, and technical teams Oversee client visits, presentations, and business reviews Drive business development within accounts, from opportunity identification through negotiation and award Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, quoting, tooling, and automation teams Monitor financial performance, margins, and forecasts for account health Act as primary escalation point for conflict resolution Background Sought: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field Strong sales, negotiation, and business development experience with a track record of driving growth Background in plastics manufacturing essential, injection molding experience required Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Proven ability to manage complex accounts across multiple programs and facilities Willingness to travel domestically and internationally Please reach out if you would be interested to learn more!agreen@lumirasearch.com
