About the role
- Support the day-to-day operations and performance of the Miami retail store
- Coordinate inventory, replenishment, product launches and seasonal initiatives
- Support the Store Manager and retail team with operational and brand-related needs
- Act as a local brand ambassador for Sundek in the Miami market
- Develop relationships with hotels, resorts, beach clubs, restaurants and other hospitality partners
- Identify opportunities for hotel partnerships, pop-ups, events and local activations
- Build relationships with concierges and other hospitality professionals who can introduce guests to the brand and store
- Support local PR initiatives and relationships with media, stylists, influencers and community partners
- Coordinate product seeding, gifting and local brand collaborations
- Help organize in-store events, launches and special customer experiences
- Identify opportunities to drive traffic to the Lincoln Road store through local partnerships
- Support local marketing initiatives and social media content
- Coordinate with the U.S. and Italy teams on marketing assets, campaigns and brand guidelines
- Support Miami-based events, trade shows and other brand initiatives
- Track local partnerships, events and marketing activities and provide regular recaps
- Represent Sundek at relevant Miami hospitality, fashion, lifestyle and community events
- Provide general retail, marketing and brand support to the Country Manager
