Lead Growth. Drive Performance. Shape the Future. Hayward is seeking a strategic and commercially driven General Manager, Flow Control to lead and grow a key business within our portfolio. This executive leadership role carries full responsibility for business strategy, P&L performance, commercial growth, operations, product innovation, and organizational effectiveness. As the senior leader of the division, you will drive profitable growth, strengthen market position, and align cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer support to deliver exceptional results. This role is located in Clemmons, NC.What You'll Own Full P&L accountability, including revenue growth, profitability, margin expansion, and cash flow Strategic planning and execution to accelerate growth and expand market share Commercial leadership across sales, channel development, business development, and customer engagement Operational excellence across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives Product strategy and innovation aligned to customer and market needs Leadership development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness Executive partnership with customers, channel partners, and Hayward leadership What We're Looking For 5+ years of executive leadership experience within industrial, engineered products, manufacturing, flow control, HVAC, water, automation, or related industries Proven success running a business or division with full P&L responsibility Demonstrated ability to drive growth, profitability, operational performance, and organizational transformation Experience leading commercial, engineering, and operational teams in a complex manufacturing environment Strong strategic, financial, and customer-focused leadership capabilities Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred Why Hayward?
