Our client, a leading Technology company, is seeking a Workplace Experience Site Lead to serve as the face of their San Francisco office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment, enjoys creating a welcoming workplace experience, and can balance office operations, facilities coordination, vendor management, and event support.
This individual will be the primary onsite point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and building partners, helping ensure a seamless and engaging office experience. While the position is initially structured as a contract opportunity, there is a strong possibility of conversion to a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
What You'll Do Serve as the onsite Workplace Experience Site Lead for the San Francisco office
Act as the first point of contact for employees, guests, and visitors
Manage reception duties, visitor check-in processes, and office access requests
Coordinate daily lunch service and vendor relationships
Manage workplace ticketing requests, security access, and badge administration
Partner with facilities vendors to resolve office maintenance and operational issues
Support workplace experience initiatives, employee engagement efforts, and office programs
Assist with planning and execution of office events, including holiday celebrations, team events, and leadership meetings
Support workplace projects, office moves, and facilities-related initiatives
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Security, Finance, Facilities, and Leadership teams
Ensure the office remains organized, functional, and welcoming for all employees and guests
Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Workplace Experience, Facilities, Office Operations, Corporate Reception, or similar environments
Strong customer service and hospitality mindset
Experience serving as a front-facing representative for an office or workplace
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
Experience coordinating vendors, service providers, and workplace requests
Event planning or event coordination experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working with executives, employees, visitors, and external partners
Experience with ticketing systems preferred; willingness to learn Freshservice is required
Google Workspace experience preferred
