Role: Cultivation Technician

Your Impact:
- Perform all cultivation tasks including transplanting, pruning, harvesting, IPM etc.
- Train and mentor new team members and answer questions to assist in team development.
- Serve as an expert for all cultivation best practices such as fertigation mixtures, etc.
- Track and record plant data with care to keep improving plant growth.
- Work with the team to find new ways to make cultivation smoother and efficient.
- Your Strengths:
- Strong technical skills and knowledge in cultivation
- Passion for plant science and cultivation
- Desire to train and lead teammates
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
