About the role

Neuralink is seeking a Material Management Lead to build and lead the material operations function from dock to line, delivering fast, value-driven logistics for manufacturing. You will design processes, SLAs, and a high-performing team, guiding inbound and outbound flows with strong KPIs. The role combines on-site leadership at South San Francisco and Austin, with a focus on rapid, compliant material movement and continuous improvement in a high-rigour environment.
