We are seeking a driven Brokerage Manager to help grow our customer base, expand our carrier network, and establish Jusczak Logistics as a trusted name in the transportation industry. The Brokerage Manager is responsible for driving the growth and success of Jusczak Logistics' freight brokerage operations. This role focuses on developing customer relationships, securing freight opportunities, growing revenue, and building a sustainable book of business. The Brokerage Manager will oversee freight movements, negotiate rates, develop carrier partnerships, and identify opportunities to expand the company's presence in the marketplace. Develop new customer relationships and secure freight opportunities. Build and maintain strong partnerships with shippers, customers, and carriers. Negotiate rates and service agreements while maximizing profitability. Coordinate freight shipments and ensure successful execution from pickup through delivery. Grow and maintain a sustainable book of business. Generate repeat business through exceptional customer service and relationship management. Expand the Jusczak Logistics brand and presence within the transportation industry. Develop and maintain a strong carrier network to support customer needs. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver efficient and reliable logistics solutions. Monitor market conditions and identify opportunities for growth and increased revenue. Meet or exceed revenue, margin, and customer retention goals.3+ years of experience in freight brokerage, logistics, transportation, or trucking sales. Proven success in customer acquisition, business development, and revenue growth. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of FTL, LTL, and transportation markets. Understanding of FMCSA and DOT regulations. Experience with TMS, CRM systems, DAT, and Truckstop. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Existing customer or carrier relationships are a plus.
