We're looking for a dependable HVAC Warehouse Associate to join our team and help ensure our field crews have exactly what they need to do the job right. Key Responsibilities:

Pull and stage HVAC materials and equipment for installation crews
Receive and inspect deliveries, verifying accuracy and condition
Maintain organized inventory, labeling and shelving supplies
Track and report material usage and jobsite returns
Assist with equipment loading, unloading, and jobsite delivery
Keep warehouse clean, safe, and compliant with company standards
Support occasional after-hours or weekend duties during peak seasons
Help with minor tool repairs and inventory audits as needed

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred (HVAC or construction industry a plus)
Basic computer and inventory software skills
Ability to lift 5075 lbs and operate forklifts (certification a plus)
Must pass DOT physical
Comfortable with vertical mobility and working from heights
Flexible availability to support varying seasonal demands and a readiness to cover team shifts when needed
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)
Understanding of safety regulations and requirements
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Familiarity with Service Titan
Procore knowledge
