About the role
Ingenuity Group is adding experienced MEDITECH Go-Live Support Consultants to our growing team for an upcoming MEDITECH Clinical go-live starting in November. In this role you provide at-the-elbow support to physicians, nurses, and clinical and non-clinical staff as our client activates its new EMR.You will be on the floor with end users as they work through MEDITECH Clinical workflows (nursing and physician documentation, order entry, medication administration, results review, and patient status boards) answering questions in real time, building confidence in the new system, and helping the organization transition to MEDITECH without disrupting patient care.
What You'll Do:
Review client-specific training and reference materials before go-live Participate in orientation training specific to the client's MEDITECH environment Support nurses, clinicians, physicians, and unit staff in day-to-day use of MEDITECHIdentify, document, and escalate software issues as they arise Respond first to high-priority and critical issues Document clinician satisfaction and system adoption as directed by the client
What We're Looking For:
Prior MEDITECH at-the-elbow (ATE) go-live support experience is required Working knowledge of MEDITECH Clinical workflows (e.g., Expanse PCS, Physician Care Manager, CPOE, eMAR/BMV)Comfort supporting physicians and clinical staff in a live patient care setting Strong communication skills, patience, and a calm presence under pressure Travel & Location 100% on-site at the client location Candidates local to the NYC metro / tri-state area (NY, NJ, CT) will be prioritized Must be willing to travel, including overnight stays, as the project schedule dictates Ingenuity Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
